Healthy Damn Good Gluten Free Pizza!
Healthy pizza truly is my love language. Starring characters: Fresh Mozzarella, Feta Cheese, Basil, Red Onion, Mushrooms.... all on a crispy, delectable, gluten free crust. Could you ask for anymore? Pizza night paired with a smooth cabernet wine sounds like a sight for sore eyes. And these sore eyes are about to get soothed! I used simple mills gluten free pizza crust dough, and my oh my is it good! I will be honest, I was a little suspect after purchasing... because most gluten free flours tend to taste a little odd or just don't hold together as well as a gluten crust. But I was extremely pleasantly surprised at the crispness, taste and how it held even a fully packed pizza!
This pizza has a million ways to be created. You could do BBQ, margherita, cheese, pepperoni or buffalo chicken! The next time I make this... I'm going to try buffalo chicken with ranch sauce on top.. OH BABY! So the next time your craving a super unhealthy pizza, try this one out! It's lighter yes, but the flavors and taste are certainly not compromised!
