Sweet & Spicy Bangin' Garlic Baked Salmon

BBQ cuts of salmon are my absolute favorite! Why? Because the flavor is enhanced with a smaller surface area than a bigger one! Or maybe I'm just extra and enjoy the aesthetic... either way, you cannot go wrong with this recipe! This entree is so fresh and easy to make- it is fool proof y'all! The marinade is sweet, spicy and full of amazing flavor with each and every bite! This salmon would be great on a salad, cauliflower rice, roasted veggies or brown rice! This is simple my go-to recipe when I'm on the go and need something to bake quickly. It's fresh, healthy and simply salmon.

Ingredients:

-1 lb wild caught salmon, bbq cut

-1 Tbsp olive oil

-4 Tbsp siracha

-4 Tbsp coconut aminos

-3 Tbsp honey

-2 garlic cloves minced

Directions:

  1. Mix together all ingredients and marinate salmon in a medium sized bowl or ziploc bag for 20-30 minutes.

  2. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees

  3. After marinating, place all the salmon cuts on a baking sheet lined with foil and bake for 12-14 minutes.

  4. Let sit for 10 min, and Serve over a healthy side and enjoy!
